We build the product.
Then the demand.
SaaS platforms, mobile apps and AI products — taken from strategy to shipped to growing by one accountable team. Engineering and marketing under one roof, so nothing dies in a handoff.
Most firms build or market. The product dies in the handoff. Bravyia is one team with two disciplines, one roadmap and one definition of done: your product, in front of the people it was built for.
Engineers who ship and marketers who sell, sharing the same deadline. Nothing gets lost between agencies pointing at each other.
Everything your product needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Four disciplines, one team. Scroll through what we do, and notice each one is built to feed the next.
Software & SaaS
Web platforms, APIs and infrastructure engineered for real users and real traffic. From idea to invoice: strategy, MVP, billing, onboarding, analytics — the whole revenue machine, not just the code.
- MVP live in about six weeks
- Shopify apps — official Partner
- Billing & subscriptions
- Legacy rescue & rebuilds
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps that feel native because they are. Fast, polished, and built to stay on the home screen.
- iOS · Android · Flutter
- App Store launch strategy
- Offline-first, push, payments
- Store-ready design systems
AI & automation
LLM features, agents and automations that actually reach production — measured by hours saved and revenue added, not demos. We run our own AI products at scale; we know what ships.
- AI product features & agents
- Workflow automation
- AI strategy & audits
- Generation pipelines at scale
Design & growth
The department most studios don't have. Brand, product design, positioning, paid, SEO, AEO and content — run by the same people who built the product.
- UX that moves the metric
- Brand & positioning
- Paid, SEO, AEO & funnels
- Launch campaigns
Built here. Growing now.
Products we own and operate, and ecommerce brands we grow. Every one of these is live revenue, not a case study PDF.
Most products don't fail in the code. They fail in the silence after launch.
Software nobody hears about is expensive silence.
Every launch we've watched die had the same shape: a great build handed to a marketing team that never touched it. We exist to close that gap.
So we never hand off.
The engineers who ship your product are the same team accountable for its growth. One roadmap, one deadline, one number.
A process built to hit dates.
You'll get a real date after discovery. We hit our dates because we scope like people who have to keep them.
- Problem & user map
- Scope, risks, real date
- One number, agreed
Understand
One week inside your problem. Users, market, constraints — we map the battlefield before a single line of code.
Prototype
A clickable product in days. You react to something real, not a 40-page spec nobody reads.
Engineer
Shipped increments every week. You watch it grow in staging — no black-box months, no surprises.
Go loud
Brand, campaign and rollout ready before the final commit. Launch is an event, not an afterthought.
The whole picture, in numbers.
Bravyia Studio
Design, video, social, ads, SEO, AI engine optimization — a complete demand engine for brands that refuse to be ignored.
The Builders' Room
A private room for founders on Skool — the AI build stack, the launch system, weekly live builds, and people who actually ship.
Straight answers.
A focused MVP ships in about six weeks. Complex platforms take longer. You'll get a real date after discovery, and we hit our dates because we scope like people who have to keep them.
Fixed-scope builds are quoted precisely after discovery. Ongoing product teams run on a monthly retainer. Either way: one number, agreed upfront, no surprise invoices.
Yes. Rescue missions are a specialty. We audit first, stabilize what's burning, then rebuild only what deserves rebuilding. No rewrite-everything theatre.
We stay. Monitoring, iteration and growth marketing run as one loop. Most clients keep Bravyia as their standing product team long after v1.
Your product belongs on that wall.
Tell us what you're building. Within 48 hours you'll have a build plan — how we'd engineer it, how we'd launch it, the timeline, and one number.
Things we built. Things we grow.
Bravyia owns and operates its own software products, and runs the creative and growth engine for ecommerce brands. What follows is what each one does, what we built, how, and where it is right now.
Products we own.
Each one engineered and marketed by the same team. The numbers are live.
Your product belongs on this page.
Tell us what you're building or selling. Within 48 hours: a plan, a timeline, and one number.
The demand engine.
A complete creative and growth department — design, content, video, social, ads, SEO and AI search — run with the same engineering discipline we put into software. One team, one strategy, every channel.
Marketing Studio.
First light.
Results, not reels.
One ecommerce brand, twelve months of Studio running its creative, social and growth engine. Numbers straight from the store's Shopify analytics, Sep 2025 – Aug 2026.
Client results, not typical; every brand is different and no outcome is guaranteed. Bravyia owns ecombos, ViralNinja and Kasae.
What we make.
A content engine, not a content calendar. Everything below is produced in-house, most of it with the AI pipeline we built for ecombos.
AI UGC & video ads
Hook-first vertical ads at volume — 20–40 variants a month per brand, scripted, generated, edited and tested. The illumé and ecombos ads on this page are ours.
Cinematic product film
Brand films and launch pieces that sit at the top of a landing page and make the paid ads work harder.
Static ads & carousels
Design systems for paid and organic — offer creatives, comparison statics, story frames, the carousels that get saved.
Organic social
Daily posting, captions written to be searched, stories that start DMs, replies inside the hour. Instagram drove $1.49M for illumé in a year.
Email & SMS flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and campaign calendars. The "direct" line on the chart above is mostly this.
Landing pages & funnels
Offer architecture, advertorials, bundle pages and CRO testing — built by the same engineers who ship our software.
Channels we run.
Each channel gets its own operator and its own weekly kill-or-scale call. One strategy across all of them.
Strategy, calendar, production, posting and community, run daily. Measured on sends, saves and DMs — not likes. For illumé, Instagram alone referred $1.49M in twelve months.
Creative testing at volume with the AI pipeline feeding new variants weekly, precise tracking, and scaling decisions made on numbers. Facebook returned $976K for illumé.
Brand and non-brand search, feed optimisation and value-based bidding tied to real margin, not ROAS theatre. Weekly search-term and negative-keyword cadence.
Flows that turn first orders into repeat revenue on autopilot, plus campaign calendars people actually open. Direct and email accounted for $1.08M of illumé's year.
Technical, content and local SEO, and the new frontier: making the brand findable and citable by AI search. Google search referred $292K for illumé before we started on it.
Sourcing, briefs, contracts and management. Authentic voices, run professionally, with rights secured so the winners can run as paid ads.
Every channel. One brain.
Scattered freelancers create scattered brands. Studio runs the whole operation as one system: twelve disciplines, one strategy, every asset feeding the same funnel.
Brands we grow.
Ecommerce brands where Studio runs the creative and growth engine — AI video ads, UGC pipelines, paid social and the social accounts themselves — as a standing department.
Three ways in.
Studio retainer
Your full marketing department on a monthly retainer — design, content, social and ads running as one operation.
Campaign sprint
A launch, a rebrand, a big push. Scoped, executed and measured in a fixed window at a fixed price.
Embedded team
Studio operators inside your company, plugged into your Slack, your standups and your goals.
Be impossible to ignore.
Tell us where you are and where you're going. Within 48 hours: a channel-by-channel growth plan with honest numbers.
Build it with AI. Launch it for real.
A private room for founders who are done collecting courses. Inside: the exact AI build stack, the step-by-step launch system, weekly live builds — and a room of people who actually ship.
Everything you need to actually ship.
The launch system
The exact sequence we run at Bravyia — from idea to live product — as a step-by-step course. Thirteen modules, decks and scripts included.
The AI build stack
Claude, GitHub, Supabase, Vercel. The tools we use every day, set up the way we set them up, with the prompts and workflows that make them fast.
Weekly live builds
Watch a real product get built, shipped and launched in front of you every week. Ask anything. Steal everything.
A week in the Room.
Accountability is the product. The rhythm is what makes it work.
Ship list
Everyone posts the one thing they're shipping this week. Public, specific, dated.
Live build
A product gets built on camera. Stack, prompts, mistakes and all.
Office hours
Bring the thing that's stuck. Leave with it unstuck.
Shipped or not
Show what went live. If it didn't, say why. Nobody hides, and nobody gets left behind.
This is you if
- You have an idea and you're tired of it staying an idea
- You'd rather build with AI than hire a team you can't afford yet
- You want a room where people actually ship, not just talk
- You'll post your Ship List on Monday and mean it
This is not you if
- You're collecting courses instead of finishing products
- You want someone to build it for you (that's Bravyia — start a project)
- You're looking for a get-rich-quick anything
The door is open.
Join the Room, post your first Ship List on Monday, and start building with people who finish what they start.
A studio that ships. And sells.
Bravyia is a software studio and growth team based in Toronto, working with founders and companies across North America and beyond. We build SaaS platforms, mobile apps and AI products, and then we make sure people hear about them.
We got tired of watching good products die.
Bravyia started because the same thing kept happening: a team would build something great, hand it to an agency that had never touched it, and watch it disappear. The build was fine. The silence killed it.
So we built the company the other way round — engineers and marketers in one room, on one roadmap, with one definition of done. Today that team owns and operates its own software products, grows ecommerce brands as a Shopify Partner, and takes on client builds — the best possible quality control: we use what we build.
Five things we won't compromise on.
Dates are promises
We scope like people who have to keep them. A date you can plan a launch around is worth more than a vague "soon".
One number
Agreed upfront. No surprise invoices, no change-order theatre.
Build in the open
Weekly shipped increments in staging. You always know exactly where your product is.
Honest scoping
If the right answer is "don't build this", we'll say so before you spend a dollar.
Launch is part of the build
A product isn't done when it deploys. It's done when the right people are using it.
Let's build something worth launching.
Tell us what you're working on. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team — and if we are, exactly how we'd do it.
Tell us what you're building.
Fill this in and you'll have a build plan within 48 hours — how we'd engineer it, how we'd launch it, the timeline and one number.
